That also simply will not happen for this paper.
Anything that requires redevelopment of snminuit isn't going to happen
for this paper, unless we are all agreed that Knop et al. (2004) or
perhaps Knop et al. (2005) is an acceptable citation for it. (And if
somebody will then give me a job once my tenure clock runs out.)
