Rachel,

to run the simulations, you can do the following:

1) make your self a directory (DIR) somewhere, then
copy the whole software structure to it:
prompt> cp -pr ~fadeyev/optimizeLC/* DIR/

2) file README in DIR contains the instructions for a batch
processing of the observation sequences. If you want to
run things manually, then file Robs_instructions.txt tells it
all (you can skip the installations info, since everything
would be installed).
