    Hi Rob,

    Here are my edits (see attached PDF file) for the letter to the editor
    with its response to the referee comments.

    I've also just finished re-reading 64 pages of the current draft, and I
    think it looks really good -- I have only a rather small list of edits
    for the paper to send you tomorrow ( I can't type them in right now
    before going to sleep). I'll also try to describe the suggestions for
    a few (easy) cosmetic edits for the figures.

    P.S. After I type in the edits tomorrow, I'll try to help work on the
    binned and residual plots to see if I can help finish that up.
