OK, Eric Linder gave me his code, and I ran it through loops in
Om and w to get the values of the growth derivative, f.
You can get the table of values at
/home/astro34/aldering/papers/rknop_hst/f_for_rob.dat
As before, the columns are w, Om, and f.
One important note is that in Eric's code, the difference in Om at
the survey redshift is already accounted for. So, you don't need to
apply equation 4 of the HST paper. This is because Eric's code
calculates f(z=0.15) given Om(z=0) and w (the latter being constant).
You can throw out the old calculations I sent you; I did a
consistency check on those old calculations and they failed.
