Dear All,
Prolix (aka C02-028) was observed in the I and R bands two nights ago. I have not got the
data yet, but when I do, I will ftp it to Rob's ftp account.
We still have some hours left on FORS2.
169.A-0382(F) - 5.5 hours imaging
169.A-0382(B) - 4 hours spectroscopy
During the SCP meeting, we had discussed the possibility of using this time to obtain additional data.
Here is a list of requests I have noted.
- Spectrum of the host of Ravel
- Spectrum of the host of T02-047
- Spectrum of the hosts of some of the CFHT oddballs (TBD)
- An additional light curve point for selected (TBD) CTIO supernova.
The next FORS2 service period is from the 1st to the 14th of August.
We should come to an agreement as what to do with the remaining hours and I would like to
have this finalised within the next two weeks.
Cheers, Chris.
