Ugh. This a is a tragedy on par with Lear.
What's the deal with snow up there? Do they shovel off the domes? I
remember at Palomar that we'd all go to bed the moment it snowed. Once
there was snow, they couldn't open the dome even if it cleared up later
that night, becuase they didn't want snow falling on the telescope.
They'd shovel it off the next day if it didn't melt off.
I hope we are clear tonight. Three lost nights at Keck is something we
can ill-afford.
