Hi Tony & SCPexec

I have just finished to correct the paper. I have rewritten Section 4.3
regarding sn99Q, and redone the analysis of the Hubble diagram and dust
excluding this SN. I have also corrected the different sections according
to the new results. SN99Q is now plotted in light gray symbol in all
plots. You can find the new version in the usual place:
