    Hi Rob,

    A few more small things:

    On page 22: Where discussing the Hawkins results, I think we had better add
                 w-dependence formulae. Without it many people won't understand
                 this dependence. Moreover, to my knowledge, it is an original
                 contribution.

                 Also here, don't forget to quote the actual constraints that
                 were used.

    On page 29: "In particular ..." should read

                "We have quantified this agreement using a larger local sample of
                 supernovae, 14 of which have E/S0 hosts and 27 of which have spiral
                 hosts \citep{wang03}. We find ..."
