Faculty position in Observational Cosmology at Stockholm University

Dear colleague,

the Physics department at Stockholm University is making a faculty
appointment ('universitetslektor') in observational cosmology to further
strengthen the research activities within the Cosmology, Particle
astrophysics and String theory (CoPS) group.

The research interest of the current six faculty members in the CoPS
group include Type Ia supernova cosmology (SCP and SNAP),
gravitational lensing, dark matter searches, particle astrophysics,
the cosmic microwave background, baryon oscillations, galaxy clusters,
theoretical astrophysics and string theory.

The CoPS group is also part of the High-Energy Astrophysics
and Cosmology Centre (HEAC, http://heac.albanova.se), funded by a
prestigious grant from the Swedish Research Council.
