    SCP Collaborators,

    For visitors attending the SCP collaboration meeting, we'll need the
    following information so you can be added to the site-access list.
    Please send this information to me @ (KSEdwards@lbl.gov):

    a) For International Guests
            -Name as it reads on your passport, passport number, and country of issue

    b) For US citizens
            -Name as it reads on your passport and your passport number, OR your
    drivers license number and the state that it was issued in.

    For those of you stay taking the LBL shuttle bus:
    Please print the attached bus pass, and write your name in the blank
    space. You will need to keep this pass with you, as the bus driver may
    require it before
    you will be allowed to ride the bus.

    If you will be driving, please let me know. I will reserve a parking
    permit for you which you can pick up at the entrance gate.
