    Please do NOT use the tables we had put on the web: I noted below that
    the tables should be checked before use. Alex Conley has been finding
    errors so I've disabled the link for now. We'll make them available when
    they've been checked - or replaced by a proper digital version.

    * note: The thesis pdf file is from a scanned image. The tables have
    been generated by OCR software. Please check them against the thesis
    before using them. We hope to have a proper digital version of this at
    some point.
