ISAAC observations

    Dear Colleagues,
      I will ask Paranal to start observing SuF02-017 tonight, which is what
    we had originally
    planned for ISAAC tonight. This will complement the observations already
    taken with CISCO.

      Given the number of hours we are likely to get (if any) during the
    next couple of nights,
    we cannot start SuF02-071.
