    Hi all,

Very sad news. Tonight we could not start
CISCO observations due to a filter wheel
problem. Kentaro Motohara went up and tried
to fix it, but could not, since the problem
is rather inside the dewar. It is impossible
to fix the problem in short time scale.

So very unfortunately we expect no more CISCO
    observations in this run.

We start discussing compensation time, but
we don't expect much in short time scale,
since the telescope schedule is very tight
till mid Dec. Only the possibility I was
told is another Suprime-Cam night on Dec.6,
though it is not still certain yet.

Well, we have had various sorts of troubles
for Subaru follow-up observations; a broken
    actuator, IR secondary mis-alignments, scattered
lights, and filter wheel trouble of CISCO.

Especially CISCO has been a very reliable
instrument since SUBARU first light (Jan.1999).
    So we are really unlucky...
