    Hi Greg,
       SN2001gw has already been observed with FORS1 in I and R as part of program
    169.A-0382(G). The image quality was around 0.55. I have the raw data, but I do not
    have any calibrations. I am waiting for ESO to send me the complete data set, which
    should be at the end of September.

       In regards to 1994, I'll wait for your confirmation before asking Paranal to observe it.
