    I measured the offset between SDF5 and Hex on a FITS image.

    J2000 RA Dec
    SDF5 13:24:25.92 +27:44:33.90
    Hex 13:24:21.57 +27:44:56.30
    which give the offset of (57.75 , -22.40).

    The offset I got is significantly different (in DEC ) from that on the
    S02-075_refstars.txt.
