FORS2 to FORS1 swap has been approved

    Dear All,
       We have been given permission to swap 3 hours of FORS2 time for
    6 hours of FORS1 time.

       Thus, we have 6 hours of FORS1 time and 12 hours of FORS2 time.

       Although the FORS1 time starts tonight, we will not be able to start using
    it until tomorrow night because several ESO organisational matters have to
    be dealt with first.

        The schedule is now

    10-14 May - FORS1/UT3 (On May 12th, the first half of the night is reserved for visitor.
    15-18 May - FORS2/UT4 (May 19th and 20th are scheduled as technical)

        The awarded time is now fixed. There will be no more shuffling between FORS1 and
    FORS2.
