I recompute the chart for Isntix:
The result is there compared to the old one (WARNING the order is not
the same).
The subtraction has been recomputed and then match to the USNO catalog. I
checked that the match succeeds.
The differences are low, I don't think that would explain why we missed
it.
I also check that the canidate is at the right position on the zoom and on
the chart (It is).
I hope the finding star are real stars (as they look like).
