re-evaluation of weak candidates in Subaru data

    Hi,
        When I first startred scannining I wanted to make sure I did not
    miss any z>1 candidates. As a result I kept a number of candidates which
    on hindsight are very unlikely. I have just changed their priority to -1
    and one to 1.
    This should simplify the candidate list.
