I'd recommend changing both "follow priority" and "candidate quality" to
-1 for C02-010 and C02-011, and adding a comment to each that "this
candidate is really C02-006".
And, as Michael says, whenever you are adding a candidate, make sure
that it doesn't already exist. I will look into putting a warning on
candidates with "too close" RA and Dec values when you add them; I may
have that feature implemented by the beginning of next week, but not
before.
