We consider the collision of a disk galaxy with a Truncated Isothermal Sphere.

• the potential of the Plummer Model is given by:

• the impact parameter, b = 5 kpc

• initial distance from the center of the perturber = 100 kpc

• velocity of disk galaxy towards the perturber = 200 km/s

• mass of the perturber is approximately 1/4 the mass of the disk
