sn95116 spectra

- Date is +/- 1 day. So far, I (Rob) have just found the ASCII file, and
not tracked down the notes explaining it. IMH: ascii file looks
like it was made from IRAF file ap95116c.imh (and corresponds to the fits file above)
Isobel: z=0.655+/- 0.001 based on narrow absorption lines (Ca H & K etc).
Looks as though there are SN features but strong host contamination
