If people are going to answer that question, they should know where the
values I supplied came from. They are all from NED, and the
transformation was done using the NED velocity calculator.
I suspect that the difference is not in the CMB correction, but in
the heliocentric redshifts. I noticed when I was doing this that the
redshifts for the host galaxies in NED were sometimes different than
the ones that Hamuy gave, frequenctly coming from newer redshift
measurements. Therefore I decided to use the NED ones in preference to
the ones that Hamuy provides. Possibly in P99 the Hamuy redshifts were
used directly.
