program name:  IMAGECHECK.PRO  (from IDL command line)

This is an idl program that checks mss, the database, and our astro disks 
to decide which images are missing from where. 

The program generates 3 lists:
	 onmssnotdb.list = file containing list of items on mss but not on
			   database
         ondbnotmss.list = file containing list of items on database but not
  			   on mss
	 ondisknotdb.list = file contining list of items on disk but not on 
			   database
													      
To run, just type 'imagecheck'.
													       
Since this program accesses mss, one needs to be on skates, venezia, or panisse.
