Scheduling: the key thing is to not have everybody here at dinnertime when no data is in yet, but rather to come in a little later once some meaty subtractions have been done. Also, mop-up crews the next morning will be key.
Notes on the table below: the folks at the telescope should call Rob at home if they start getting data on the 26th. The time to learn scanning, it would seem, is going to be on the 27th between 8:00PM and midnight. On the 29th, mop-up and evaluation will begin. Probably most of the evaluation of our candidates will occur starting around noon that day.
