To attend an SCP conference by phone first dial the INPA Phone Number. State that you're there and we will set up the conference call on the LBL end. You will then hang up and dial the INPA Bridge Number to participate in the meeting.
If you call the INPA Phone Number and receive a busy signal, this means that a conference call has already been set up and all you need to do is dial in directly to the INPA Bridge Number.
