OK, I know what the problem is.
It will be fixed at some point, when I install an updated Deeplib over
in Berkeley. In the mean time, move the aperture back to where you want
it as best possible by using the middle mouse button to put it back
down.
A side effect of the fix is that re-centroid will be *off* by default.
