Hello Adam, Saul, and Rachel,
It looks like we have finally settled on a time when we can do the search epochs
for the ToO proposals. What was originally proposed was,
Search 1: April 2-4
Search 2: May 21-23
Search 3: July 7-8
Search 4: August 25-26
As I understand things the only change is to expand the period each search is
done to 4 days so it would look like,
Search 1: April 1-4
Search 2: May 20-23
Search 3: July 7-10 (this one I'm still a little unclear on seeing it starts on
a Wednesday. Whether is starts on May 7 or 8 and goes until May 10 or 11 can be
decided later)
Search 4: August 25-28 (Same with this one)
For the last two I'll double check there are no scheduling issues if they are
started on either Wednesday or Thursday.
I'm assuming the ToO activations will occur like they did for GOODs. The search
orbits will take place from Thursday - Sunday (or Wednesday to Saturday), and
the ToO will be activated and submitted by Tuesday of the following week. For
example, using the first search. The search takes place on April 1 - 4, the ToO
must be activated and submitted by April 6. The ToO visits will be placed on the
SMS that starts executing the following week (April 12 in this example). For
proposal 9352 Adam and I had only a vague time the proposal had to be submitted
by. I'd like to make that a little more formal now and request the updated
proposal be submitted by noon (east coast time) on the Tuesday following the
search visits.
I believe Saul's team will be using the 1st and 3rd search, and Adam the 2nd and
4th. Is this correct?
