comments on pre-final draft

    Hi Rob,

    Thanks for adding the stretch-corrected and extinction-corrected magnitudes
    to Tables 3-5. I think readers will find this helpful (as will we in a few
    months!). A few small comments on those added columns:

     1) Is "eff" subscripted wrt B? That is did you TeX "{B_{eff}}" - it doesn't
        look like it.

     2) Since you have a 2nd line in the column titles, for the extinction
        corrected $m_{B_{eff}}$, how about adding "Ext. Corr.", that is

          $m_{B_{eff}}$
          Ext. Corr.

     3) It seems that we should not list the extinction-corrected magnitudes
        for SNe which we did not use in any extinction-corrected fits. What
        do you think?
