Okay, before you cut and past that, that's "... a National ..."
and WMWV was supported in part by a National Science Foundation
Graduate Research Fellowship.
I had "an NSF" before and decided to punt on the whole question of
changing articles for acronyms (I guess one really should, but it
seems odd; Elaine will set me straight, I'm sure) but didn't actually
change the article.
