The formal uncertainties from the papers are enough smaller than the
spread in the values that I don't think quoting those uncertainties
would add anything of substance. It would take me a short while to
figure out exactly what should be quoted, so unless we consider this
really necessary, I'd be happier if we just leave it as is. (Note that
the referee didn't comment on this.)

It was just a cosmetic bug-- equivalently the X-axis was too long.
I've rewritten the response to state that.

"Detail" sounds like detail to me. The list of changes is not
overwhelming, so I'm not sure what the problem with listing them is.
But if others don't like this, I can leave that out, instead stating
that there were several minor wording changes, and I can provide a list
if the editor wants it.

I will send out a message re: binning shortly.
I think the last paragraph is fine as is, and that we don't need to
worry about rewriting it.
