Somewhere you should make the point that we discussed on Sunday - that the
error bars on the extinction-correct fits dominate the statistical uncertainty
and since these are largely independent of the uncertainties going into the
low-extinction fit the shift between the fits can be accounted for simply by
the statistical uncertainties.
p7 : "... 0.02-0.3 ..." ---> "... 0.02-0.03 ..." (I hope!)
p8 : "the the low-redshift" --> "the low-redshift"
p18 : "However, if ..." ---> "However, as shown by Equation~A4 of P99, if ..."
p28 : Third line from bottom: "the the growth" ---> "the growth"
p38 : in footnote b: "the the low-extinction" ---> "the low-extinction"
p39 : in the acknowledgements, the sentance starting with "Finally, ..." should
be moved earlier, before the sentance starting with "This work was supported ..."
Question: in Figure 12, should the w plots include the 2dFGRS and WMAP constraints
since we quote that shift in the table? Or, maybe just remind readers of
this difference in the figure caption.
