    Here are my comments for the rest of the draft, which are all
    typo level.

    pg 33, column 1, paragraph 2 :
      'ground-based and WFPC2 two lightcurves' --> remove two
      'In the worst case scenario, were that systematic' -> change were to
        where
    pg 34, column 1, paragrah 3 :
      'biased determination of the cosmological parameter determination' --
        remove second determination, parameter -> parameters

    pg 35, column 1, paragraph 1 :
      The last part of the last sentence of the first paragraph should be
      'has been demonstrated to agree within 1.8 +- 1.2 days (Aldering,
      Knop and Nugent 2000).

    pg 37, item 4
     cosmologcial -> cosmological

    pg 39, last paragraph :
      More standard usage would be 'data obtained with the Planetary
     Camera' instead of 'data obtained from the Planetary Camera'.
