    Hi Rob,

    Nowhere do we say anything about the values of the constraints we use
    either from 2dFGRS or WMAP. This should get fixed up in the
    paragraph "Other methods provide ..." on p 22. We should note that the
    CMB constraints are from the "WMAPext" sample, which includes other CMB
    experiments.

    Here are the rest of my edits

    p29: I think that Hoflich is supposed to have an umlaut over the "o"
         (In other places I've seen his name spelled Hoeflich - maybe
          Andy or Lifan know the correct spelling.)

         I suggest a new paragraph starting at "At low-redshift ..." just
         to give the reader a break.

         checkit box: Just site the CMAGIC paper, as follows:

         "... (including some from the R99 data), ..." -->
         "... \citep{wang03}, ..."

         "... SNe~Ia of strongly ..." --->
         "... SNe~Ia strongly ..."

         "consistancy" ---> "consistency"

         several cases of "stretch/luminosity" which should be "stretch-luminosity"

         Table 9: check that change in w is only 0.01 for intrinsic U-B
         since text says 0.10

         Table 9: Will the read understand that the values listed under, i.e.,
         "w" refer to errors and not parameter values? Maybe you want
         to put "Systematic on" above the three parameter columns.

         Eric adds after "...with a flat universe cosmology."
         "equivalent to a shift along $w$ contour" but I'm not sure what
         he was suggesting.

         "WPFC2" ---> "WFPC2" (you probably fixed these by now)

         I noticed that the "Comparison with Other Measurements" section is
         gone. I just want to check on whether that was intentional or
         accidental.

         "... correction host-galaxy ..." --->
         "... correction of host-galaxy ..."

         "... assumption of a flat universe, ..." --->
         "... assumption of a flat, $\Lambda$ universe, ..."

    p31: Fig 10 caption is says there are dash contours (I think Tony found this 2)

         "... the best fit values ..." ---> "... the best-fit values ..."

         Add at the end
         "Note in particular that our HST SNe~Ia all have low-redshift counterparts"

         In acknowledgements. "We thank Eric Linder for several helpful comments."
         or something like that since he read the paper and also help sort-out
         how to handle the WMAP data.

    p33 Did we really observe high-z SNe with JKT??!
