HST SNe checked

    And now the HST ones are checked too. For the most part they are all
    stable, with the usual minor shifting of the error bars. 9819 is the only
    potential problem case, and the value shifts are pretty minor here.
    However, it should be treated a little bit more carefully than the others.

    The new template is definitely better than the old one, especially at
    late times. We still probably shouldn't be fitting out there, but it's
    definitely better behaved than the Gerson template.

    Go to the usual place (/home/astro51/u/aconley/hst/robrefits) for the
    plots and stuff.
