    Hi Rob,
      I've read through the paper and the comments that others have made. Here are a couple of
    additional comments on the paper.

      Section 3.1 p 17. I think you had meant to write 1998aw as the SN that is excluded from
    the mean E(B-V) of the HST SNe instead of 1998ba.

    EFOSC2 on the ESO 3.6m was used to measure the redshifts of 1998ba, 1998ax, 1998as,
    FORS1 on Antu (VLT-UT1) was used to measure the redshift of 2000fr.
