Hi again, Rob,
I just remembered one big item that I forgot to type in: We
definitely need a paragraph (at least) explaining the systematics error
budget, presumably just refering to the P99 systematics error budget and
saying if any of the items there have changed for this paper. (We may
even want to say a sentence or so about whether any of these sources of
systematic uncertainty are expected to be reduced in upcoming big
surveys like SNLS and w-project.) The final estimated systematic
uncertainty should be included (similarly worded to the way we did it in
P99) in the Abstract and Conclusions, etc. --S
