    General
    -------

    Made some minor corrections and rewording here and there. I don't list
    these corrections in detail. You should read through the paper once
    more to make sure that the meaning that you had intended was not
    changed. I send you my apologies in advance in case this has occurred.

    Introduction
    ------------

    I suggest that we cite the recent results from Reiss et al. 2006,
    astro-ph/0611572.

    This reference list is getting long now. Is there a way we
    can shorten it? Tony might be able to come up with a suggestion.

    I deleted the last paragraph. Justin's work has not been accepted and I
    thought
    it unnecessary to cite it in this way. I also removed the reference to
    Justin's work in a couple of other places.

    Section 4.2.1
    -------------

    Here, I presume you mean fitting regions, so I added the word "fitting".

    I will be flying to Australia later this evening and I will only have
    intermittent
