    SCP collaborators,

Gabriele Garvini has prepared a draft of a new paper entitled: "Search
for spectral evolution in high-redshift Type Ia supernovae: evidence
for SN 1991T/SN 1999aa-like object at z=0.279". (Available on
    Stockholm group webpage
    http://www.physto.se/%7Esnova/private/internal.html)

This paper applies the equivalent-width analysis developed in Gaston's
paper to high-z SCP SNe to test for evolution. (Gaston's draft has
not been submitted - it is being revised.) This draft has gone through
a preliminary internal review by Reynald and it is now ready for the
collaboration to review it and send comments to Gabriele
(garavini@in2p3.fr). No deadline for comments is set at this point
(will depend on people's summer schedules) but the review period will
extend 3-4 weeks at minimum. An e-mail reminder will be sent at the
appropriate time (and an e-mail archive will be set up.)

Also, please check http://panisse.lbl.gov/collab/papers/ where the
status of SCP drafts-in-progress is summarized.

Note that this is not intended to be discussed at this week's
collaboration meeting - Gabriele will not be attending.

    Regards,
    -Tony
