This is an announcement of opportunity for observing time on all night-time
telescopes at the Roque de los Muchachos and Teide Observatories in the
Canary Islands, under the auspices of the International Scientific
Committee. This annual call is particularly intended for large-scale
international scientific projects of the highest quality, which cannot be
easily accommodated otherwise. Details can be found at
