For reasons I don't quite understand (and don't want to talk about),
the scale change updates in snmin_pscr.pro and snmin_psgg.pro didn't make
it onto cvs. That is now taken care of.

If you get a funny error band for the first lc on your list, that means
you didn't download snmin.pro since the bug got fixed.
