cvs snmin again

    The cvs checkout does not give the fortran executable module snmin_FOR;
    Alex pointed out that it compiles differently on different machines;
    there are still people using Sun's, it is claimed.

    Makefile, in the package, compiles your very own snmin_FOR.

    I'll add this factoid to AAINSTRUCTIONS.
