SCP Collaborators,
A preliminary agenda for the SCP collaboration meeting this week is
below. We're still revising this and the current version is available
on the TWiki
http://supernova.lbl.gov:8080/twiki/bin/view/Main/AgendaJuly05
There are two main topics for this meeting: the Subaru 2002 SNe
analysis and preparations for the HST cluster search which is now
getting started. The format will be working group sessions, combining
presentations with discussions on analysis and strategy questions. If
you'd like to have a presentation added to the agenda, please let me
know. (There will be time to add talks on the spot as well.)
Thursday will focus on the Subaru dataset - reviewing the status of the
analysis, what remains to be done, and a discussion of plans for
publication. Friday will focus on the HST cluster search.
If you'd like to post slides, please put them on the TWiki page
http://supernova.lbl.gov:8080/twiki/bin/view/Main/AnalysisNotesJuly05
(or send them to me.)
For those calling in, the SCP Dial-in number is 510-486-7555. This
works at any time. If no answer, send e-mail. If you need 1-800
access, please let me know and we'll set up a specific call-in time.
A preliminary attendance list is at
http://supernova.lbl.gov:8080/twiki/bin/view/Main/AttendanceListJuly05
(also below). Please let me of additions (or deletions). Also, we're
organizing a dinner at a nearby restaurant for Thursday evening.
Please sign up on that page or let me know if you'll be able to join
us.
Regards,
-Tony
