    Line C-2 has a W fit with and without an intrinsic uncertainty of 0.095
    in U-B. It doesn't make much difference in the limits.

    This may or may not tie in with various predictions we've seen that
    z~0.4 is the "most effective" redshift at which to measure w. I would
    have to think harder as to whether that makes sense or not.
