Hi Kentaro,

Thanks for the update on the observing with CISCO. Is the brighter
background due to the proximity of the moon? I guess that 0.5 arcsec
seeing gives an efficiency almost 2x better than 0.7 arcsec seeing.
With the 50% brighter sky you will still be 30% more efficient than
with 0.7 arcsec seeing and a normal sky brightness. So, let's hope the
good seeing holds!
