  • Next message: Saul Perlmutter: "Good team work! (5 very high-z SNe to HST, and many more on the ground)"

I have sent in the HST request for SuF02-012 (z~1.3-1.5), SuF02-060
    (z~1.06), SuF02-065 (z~1.18), as well as SuF02-071 (z~0.9); next week
SuF02-017 (z~1) will also go in. The later two will get a single
F775W/F850LP imaging point and will be followed from the ground in the
    NIR (CISCO/ISSAC) and optical (SuprimeCam).

Please, someone triple-check that the J2000 coordinates match the
stated targets. Also check to see whether there are loopholes in the
    following logic for HST follow-up:

                  epoch1 epoch2 ......
    --------------------------------------------------------
     SuF02-012 F850LP/F110W/grism F850LP
     SuF02-060 F775W/F850LP F775W/F850LP/F110W
     SuF02-065 F775W/F850LP F775W/F850LP/F110W
     SuF02-071 F775W/F850LP none
     SuF02-017 none F775W/F850LP

The disposition of the second set of grism orbits is not set 100% (that
is, it hasn't been sent to HST), but will likely go to SuF02-60, which
also has an elliptical host galaxy and has been cleared for grism
    observations.

Note that for the second epoch of SuF02-060 and SuF02-065 we would
convert from two orbits of F775W/F850LP for each, to one orbit of
F775W/F850LP and one orbit of F850LP to each. Again, this hasn't
    been officially sent to HST.
