After a discuss with the instrument assistant, we established that the Keck
guider output is the Gaussian sigma of the seeing PSF, in pixels. This has
to be multiplied by 0.54 to get the correct seeing.

For those on the Keck intranet you can access the archive at
http://lumahai:8080/metrics/guiderFWHM.php
Select Keck II and the date you want.
