I've just talked with Saul on the phone.
It sounds like with VLT FORS spectra time, we have three priorities, in
order:
S02-075 -- HST SN, at dec +27 so only briefly visible
T02-047 -- CTIO SN, mag ~22.8 now?, estimate z~0.4
C02-028 -- CFHT SN, mag ~23.5 now?, estimze z~0.4-0.5
We already have spectra of all of the 15h30m CTIO supernovae we've
photometrically followed except for T02-047. Any remaining VLT spectra
time after these three candidates should be taken up by anything from
CFHT which Pierre thinks is useful to get a spectrum of.
