Are these coordinates 1-offset or 0-offset based coordinates? I.e., is
the coordinate of the lower-left pixel (1,1) or (0,0)? Also, is the
center of the pixel at (x.0, x.0) or at (x.5, x.5)?
If you used IRAF to get these coordinates, then the answer is that the
*center* of the lower left pixel is 1.0, 1.0.
(IDL uses 0-offset arrays, so the SCP software produces coordinates such
that the *center* of the lower-left pixel is 0.0, 0.0.)
