| Introduction to the SCP Union2 Compilation |
The SCP "Union2" SN Ia compilation is an update of the original "Union" compilation, now bringing together data for 719 SNe, drawn from 17 datasets. Of these, 557 SNe pass usability cuts. We also present new data for six high-redshift SNe, including ground-based J-band observations for those at z > 1. All SNe were fit using a single lightcurve fitter (SALT2) and uniformly analyzed. All analyses and cuts were developed in a blind manner, i.e. with the cosmology hidden. The Union2 paper is available here: Amanullah et al.
